Registration Requirements
Starlight welcomes qualified healthcare professionals holding valid Florida credentials who seek independent referrals for specialized in-home care.
All documentation is validated pursuant to Florida Agency for Health Care Administration regulations and Starlight registry standards prior to referral placement.
• Level 2 AHCA background screening clearance • Government-issued photo identification and employment eligibility • Current BLS or CPR certification from an approved provider • Medical health clearance, communicable disease documentation, and professional liability insurance where applicable
• Registered Nurses (RN) with current Florida licensure • Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) with active state credentials • Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) holding Florida certification • Home Health Aides (HHA) with qualifying 75-hour certificates
